Abstract: A PILOT TEST OF THE CHAMPUS PREPAID HEALTH BENEFIT DEMONSTRATION IS BEING CONDUCTED IN PORTLAND, OREGON. A SAMPLE OF HOUSEHOLDS IN PORTLAND AND AT A NON-EXPERIMENTAL SITE WILL BE ADMINISTERED THE BASELINE QUESTIONNAIRE AND PERIODIC FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONNAIRE TO TEST DATA COLLECTION FORMS AND PROCEDURES FOR THE FULL-SCALE DEMONSTRATION.
