SUBMITTED BY MORTGAGOR AND MORTGAGEE TO IDENTIFY BY LOT AND BLOCK NUMBERS THE PROPERTIES THAT MAKE UP THE ENTIRE PROJECT COVERED BY HUD INSURANCE. NEEDED BY HUD TO APPORTION THE TOTAL MROTAGAE AMOUNT TO UNIT MORTGAGES.
