IN ADDITION, SHOULD HUD SUBMIT THIS FO FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE CLEARENCE APPROVAL IT SHOULD BE CONSOLIDATED WITH THE OTHER "BROKER'S PACKAGE" FORMS IN ONE CLEARENCE PACKAGE.
