Abstract: LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES OFFERING VARIABLE LIFE INSURANCE CONTRACTS AR GRANTED EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS OF THE INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT OF 1940.
