Abstract: THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED IN FCC FORM 324 IS USED IN THE COMMISSION TO DEVELOP AND OVERVIEW OF THE BROADCAST INDUSTRY AND TO SUPPLY INFORMATI PERTAINING TO ITS ECONOMIC HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE, TO DETERMINE THE IMPACT OF FCC OPERATIONAL DECISIONS ON INDIVIDUAL BROADCAST STATIONS AND LICENSEES AND TO PROVIDE INPUT INTO POLICYISSUES AND RULE MAKING PROCEDURES REGARDING THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF PROPOSED ACTIONS.
