Abstract: THE FEDERAL ALCOHOL ADMINISTRATION ACT REGULATES THE LABELING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. SO THAT THE BUREAU OF ATF CAN EXERCISE CONTROL OVER THE LABELING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, WE REQUIRE INDUSTRY TO SUBMIT PROPOSED LABELS AND COMPLETE THIS FORM. LABELS ARE THEN EITHER APPROVED OR DISAPPROVED BY THE BUREAU.
