BY REVIEWING THE INFORMATIO IN FORM CA-1, THE COMMISSION DETERMINES WHETHER IT SHOULD GRANT REGISTRATION. THE RULE AND FORM WERE ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 3, 1975.
