Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ASCERTAIN IF TAXPAYER IS TO BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE ITS METHOD OF ACCOUNTING FOR TREATMENT OF LEASES. THE DATA IS EVALUATED TO DETERMINE IF THE NEW METHOD CLEARLY REFLECTS INCOME AND IF THE NEW METHOD REFLECTS A CONSISTENT APPLICATION OF GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES.
