Abstract: FORM IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE MOVEMENT OF SPIRITS INTO AND OUT OF THE STORAGE ACCOUNT OF A DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANT. DESCRIBES BY CLASS AND TYPE OF SPIRITS THE CONTAINER SIZES, THE AMOUNT OF PROOF GALLONS, THE RELATED TRANSACTION FORMS SHOWING ENTRY AND REMOVALS AND AT CERTAIN TIMES A BALANCING FOR THE ON-HAND AMOUNT OF THE SPIRIT.
