Abstract: THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT REQUIRES PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES TO MAINTAIN CERTAIN INSURANCE COVERAGES. THIS FORM PROVIDES THE RECORD OF INSURANCE CONTRACT IN FORCE AND IS ALSO A TOOL FOR US IN DETERMININ INSURANCE AMOUNTS NEEDED AND IN COMPARING COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
