Abstract: SECTION 7(D), 79 STAT. 670 (42U.S.C. 3535(D), SECTION 2, 48 STAT. 1246 (12 U.S.C. 1703), PROVIDES THAT THE INSURED SHALL NOT ASSIGN OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER ANY LOAN REPORTED FOR INSURANCE TO A TRANSFEREE NOT HOLDNG A CONTRACT OF INSURANCE UNDER TITLE I OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THIS FORM IS USED TO TRANSFER A LOAN FROM ONE INSURED LENDER TO ANOTHER.
