Abstract: THE ED 1207 IS USED BY LENDERS TO REUQUEST PAYMENT OF CLAIMS ON DEFAULTED GUARANTEED STUDENT LOANS. IT PROVIDES ED LOAN AND PAYMENT HISTORY WHICH IS ESSENTIAL IN DETERMINING THE VALIDITY OF A CLAIM AND THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID THE LENDER.
