Abstract: ATTACHMENT TO TAX RETURN WHICH PROVIDES STANDARD METHOD OF COMPUTING AND REPORTING WATER DEPLETION DEDUCTIONS BY TAXPAYERS IN THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS OF TEXAS AND NEW MEXICO WHO EXTRACT GROUND WATER FROM THE OGALLALA GEOLOGICAL FORMATION, UNDER REVENUE PROCEDURE 66-11.
