Abstract: THE FILING SEASON TV PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT (PSAS) ARE DISTRIBUTE TO NATIONAL TV NETWORKS AND TO LOCAL TV STATIONS TO INFORM AND EDUCATE TAXPAYERS ABOUT THEIR TAX RESPONSIBLITIES AND BENEFITS. BOUNCE-BACK CARDS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO GATHER FEEDBACK FROM THE STATIONS TO ASSIST THE IRS IN PRODUCING THE PSAS FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR. THE DATA IS COLLECTED FROM JANUARY 1 TO APRIL 15 EACH YEAR.
