Abstract: TO HELP INSURE THAT INVESTORS HAVE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO MAKE SECURITY PURCHASES THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933 REQUIRES THE FILING OF A REGISTRATION STATEMENT ON SUCH SECURITIES WHICH MAKES PUBLICLY AVAILAB THE INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR INFORMED INVESTING. FORM S-16 IS ONE OF THE THREE BASIC REGISTRATION FORMS PRESCRIBED FOR SUCH A PURPOSE.
