Abstract: IRC SECTIONS 40, 50A, AND 50B ALLOW EMPLOYERS TO CLAIM A CREDIT FOR A PORTION OF THE WAGES PAID TO CERTAIN ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES (GENERALLY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE WIN EMPLOYES OR ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AFDC PAYMENTS). FORM 4874 IS USED TO COMPUTE AND CLAIM THIS WIN CREDIT. THE INFORMATION OBTAINED IS USED TO DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF THE CREDIT.
