THE LABE IDENTIFY THE FILER AND IMPORTANT IRS PROCESSING INFORMATION. FORM 513 PROVIDES TO TRANSMITTERS OF INFORMATION RETURNS WHO USE MAGNETIC DISK PACKS OR DISKETTES. THE INSTRUCTIONS TELL THE FILER HOW TO COMPLETE FORM 5130.
