Terms of Clearance: As a condition of clearance, any request for extension must justify the need for monthly reporting in terms of Federal need and use with evidence of actual use made during the past twelve (12) months. Also, each individual data element is to be justified (i.e.,whiskey distilled at over 160 degrees- on hand,etc.) in terms of Federal program use and the consequences of not getting these data at all or on a monthly basis must be set forward.
