Abstract: LETTER IS SENT OUT ANNUALLY TO VETERANS ELIGIBLE UNDER 38 U.S.C., CHAPTER 21, FOR SPECIALLY ADAPTED HOUSING, BUT WHO HAVE NOT USED THESE BENEFITS. THE LETTER IS A GOOD METHOD OF REMINDING VETERANS OF THIS BENEFIT AND ARRANGING FURTHER CONTACTS AND VISITS BY REPRESENTATIVES. THE QUESTIONNAIRE ON THE REVERSE HELPS TO ASSIST VA IN BUDGET PROJECTIONS BY YIELDING ROUGH INFORMATION AS TO VETERANS' POTENTIAL USE OF THE BENEFIT WITH THE TIME PERIOD STATED IN ITEM I
