IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE INCOME INFORMATION, THE CURRENT MARITAL STATUS IS REQUIRED SINCE THIS HAS A DIRECT ON THE DETERMINATION OF ENTITLEMENT TO BENEFITS. AUTHORITY IS 38 U.S.C. 415.
