Abstract: THE LAW PROVIDES FOR THE IMPORTATION OF ARTICLES CONTAINING ALCOHOL FROM THE VIRGIN ISLANDS WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX. THIS BOND MUST BE FILED TO ENSURE PAYMENT OF TAXES SHOULD LIABILITY BE INCURRED DUE TO IMPROPER OR ILLEGAL IMPORTATION.
