Abstract: THIS FORM IS NEEDED TO GATHER STATISTICAL DATA FOR THE REGULATORY ENFORCEMENT COMPLIANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM. RECOMS WILL USE THE DATA TO DEVELOP DYNAMIC MODELS WHICH WILL BE USED TO STATISTICALLY ALLOCATE RESOURCES AND TO MEASURE VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE LEVELS OF THE REGULATED INDUSTRIES.
