Abstract: REPORT COLLECTS INFORMATION ON THE GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES FROM THE SAME RESPONDENTS THAT FILE THE FR 2502 REPORT THESE DATA PROVIDE INFORMATION ON BRANCH ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING THEIR LENDING TO LESS-DEVELOPED COUNTRIES. THIS REPORT, WHICH IS A SUPPLEMENT TO THE FR 2502 REPORT, IS USED FOR SUPERVISORY, REGULATORY, AND MONETARY POLICY PURPOSES.
