Abstract: FCC FORM 65 IS USED BY THE PERSNNEL DIVISION TO GATHER DATA REGARDING PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES FROM PRESENT/FORMER SUPERVISORS, CO-WORKERS OR FRIENDS.
