Abstract: AGENCY POLICY STATEMENT THAT IT EXPECTS EACH SUPERVISED BANK EXERCISING INVESTMENT DISCRETION FOR THE ACCOUNTS OF OTHERS TO ADOPT WRITTEN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES SUITABLE TO ITS PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES TO ENSURE THAT ANY INSIDE INFORMATION IN ITS POSSESSION IS NOT MUSUSED IN VIOLATION OF THE FEDERAL SECURITIES LAWS. PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND A VERY FLEXIBLE MINIMUM STANDARD FOR SUPERVISORY PURPOSES.
