Abstract: REQUIREMENT THAT STATE MEMBER BANKS THAT EFFECT SECURITIES TRANSACTION FOR CUSTOMER MAINTAIN CERTAIN RECORDS AND, IN CERTAIN INSTANCES, PROVIDE CONFIRMATIONS. IDENTICAL REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN ADOPTED BY THE OTHER FEDERAL BANKING AGENCIES.
