THAT PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMERCIAL MARKET. THIS REPORT PROVIDES PRELIMINARY DATA USED TO CONSTRUCT EARLY ESTIMATES OF COMMERCIAL PAPER STATISTICS, WHICH ARE USED IN MONITORING DEVELOPMENTS IN THE COMMERCIAL PAPER MARKET FOR ANALYTICAL AND MONETARY POLICY PURPOSES.
