Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED TO TRANSMIT FORMS 6248, ANNUAL INFORMATION RETURN OF WINDFALL PROFIT TAX - 1980, TO THE IRS. (IRC SECTION 4997.) THE FILLER ALSO REPORTS THE TOTAL WINDFALL PROFIT TAX AND THE AMOUNT OF UNDERWITHHELD OR OVERWITHHELD WINDFALL PROFIT TAX. THE INFORMATION OBTAINED IS USED TO RECONCILE AND TOTAL OF FORMS 6248.
