Abstract: REQUIRED BY REV. PROC. 75-50, 1975-2 C.B. 587. USED BY AN EXEMPT PRIVATE SCHOOL (IRC SECTION 501(C)(3)) TO CERTIFY TO A POLICY OF RACIAL NONDISCRIMINATION. THE NEED IS BASED ON A SUPREME COURT CASE, AND THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO SHOW THE SCHOOL MEETS CERTAIN GUIDELINES LAID DOWN BY THE COURT IN KEEPING WITH THE SCHOOL'S EXEMPT STATUS.
