Abstract: IRC SECTION 993 LISTS THE REQUIREMENTS OF A DISC. 95% OF THE DISC'S ASSETS MUST BE "QUALIFIED" ASSETS. ONE CATEGORY OF "QUALIFIED" ASSETS IS PRODUCER'S LOANS. SCHEDULE Q (FORM 1120-DISC) CAN BE USED TO CERTIFY THAT A LOAN QUALIFIES AS A PRODUCER'S LOAN. (REGULATIONS SECTION 1.003-4(D)).
