Abstract: FORM IS A FORMAT THAT IS USED BY MANUFACTURERS OF NONBEVERAGE PRODUCTS WITH DISTILLED SPIRITS TO SUPPORT CLAIM FOR DRAWBACK OF TAX ON SPIRITS. DESCRIBES DETAILS OF SPECIAL OCCUPATIONAL TAXPAID, DISTILLED SPIRITS RECEIVED, DISTILLED SPIRITS USED IN NONBEVERAGE PRODUCTS, AN ACCOUNTING OF RECOVERED SPIRITS, AND AN ACCOUNTING OF SPIRITS RECEIVED FROM DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANTS USED OR OTHER SOURCES. USED BY ATF TO AUDIT AND VERIFY A CLAIM FOR DRAWBACK (REFUND) OF TAX.
