Abstract: NOTICE IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THAT TAXPAID PACKAGED BEER WILL BE PROPERLY DESTROYED AND THE AMOUNT OF DESTRUCTION. NOTICE MUST STATE THE QUANTITY AND CONTAINERS OF BEER TO BE DESTROYED, DATE RECEIVED FOR DESTRUCTION, PLACE OF DESTRUCTION (OTHER THAN BREWERY), TITLE OF PERSON OWNING BEER, AND THAT TAX HAS BEEN PAID ON BEER.
