Abstract: FORM DESCRIBES THE OPERATIONS FOR AN ALCOHOL FUEL PLANT. DESCRIBES TEH ALCOHOL FUEL PLANT, LOCATION, AND TRANSACTIONS REGARDING SPIRITS AND ALCOHOL FUEL DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD.
