DESCRIBES DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANT, SURETY COMPANY, AMOUNT AND TYPE OF BOND, CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE DSP AND SURETY COMPANY MUST ADHERE TO AND PAY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. BOND SECURES PAYMENT ON SPIRITS IN THE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR THE U.S.
