Abstract: FORM IS NECESSARY FOR ALL DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANTS TO REGISTER THEIR ACTIVITIES AND PREMISES. DESCRIBES PERSON OWNING THE DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANT, PERSON'S BUSINESS STRUCTURE, ACTIVITIES TO BE CONDUCTED ON THE PREMISES, BOUNDARIES AND PHYSICAL LOCATION AND LAYOUT OF BUILDINGS AND PREMISES, MAJOR EQUIPMENT AND OTHER INFORMATION NECESSARY TO DESCRIBE OPERATIONS AND OWNERSHIP.
