Abstract: FORM IS USED BY ANY PERSON WHO HAS KNOWLEDGE OF AN EXPLOSIVES THEFT TO REPORT DETAILS ABOUT THE THEFT. IDENTIFIES THE PERSON MAKING THE REPORT, THE TYPE AND QUANTITY OF EXPLOSIVES STOLEN, PLACE FROM WHERE THEFT OCCURRED, AND OTHER DETAILS. THE FORM IS USED BY ATF AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES TO INVESTIGATE THE THEFT AND POSSIBLE ILLEGAL USE OF EXPLOSIVES.
