SHEET 2 OF THIS FORM RECORDS THE BEER PRODUCED, REIVED, BOTTLING AND RACKING OPERATIONS. IT ALSO SHOWS BEER REMOVED FROM THE BREWERY AND IN WHAT MANNER (TAXABLE, NONTAXABLE).
