Abstract: THIS FORM IS NECESSARY FOR PERSONS EXPORTING DISTILLED SPIRITS INTO A FOREIGN COUNTRY TO IDENTIFY THE CLASS AND TYPE OF SPIRITS FOR THE LAWS OF THE FOREIGN COUNTRY. THE FORM DESCRIBES THE DISTILLED SPIRITS AS TO CLASS & TYPE, CONTAINER OR CASE WORKINGS, PRODUCER AND PLACE OF EXPORT, AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT IDNETIFIES THE SPIRITS BEING EXPORTED.
