Abstract: DISTILLED SPIRITS ARE SOMETIMES PACKAGED IN BOND, TAXPAID, AND THEN SUBSEQUENTLY EXPORTED. THE EXPORTER IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE DRAWBACK OF THE TAXES PAID ON THESE EXPORTED SPIRITS. THIS FORM ALONG WITH EVIDENCE OF EXPORTATION IS THE MEANS BY WHICH THE EXPORTER MAKES SUCH CLAIMS.
