Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY PERMITTEES TO ORDER DISTILLED SPIRITS STAMPS FOR USE ON LIQUOR PACKAGES. THE STAMPS THEMSELVES ARE EVIDENCE OF TAXPAYMENT OF SPIRITS AND ATF CONTROLS THEIR DISTRIBUTION.
