Abstract: MQC IS A STATE ADMINISTERED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MEDICAID PROGRAM. STATES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN ONCE A YEAR. THE PLAN MUST DETAIL THE INITIATIVES THE STATE WILL IMPLEMENT TO REDUCE THE TYPES OF ERRORS IDENTIFIED IN THE REVIEW PROCESS.
