Abstract: PUBLIC HOUSING SECURITY DEMONSTRATION ACT OF 1978 MANDATES THIS EVALUATION. FINDINGS FROM THE RESIDENT SURVEYS WILL BE INCORPORATED IN REPORTS TO CONGRESS, HUD OFFICIALS, AND PUBLIC HOUSING STAFF AND RESIDENTS TO SERVE AS BASIS FOR POLICY AND PROGRAM FUNDING DECISIONS.
