Abstract: 45 CFR 400.10(A) REQUIRES STATES TO MAINTAIN NECESSARY RECORDS OF ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES PROVIDED WITH FEDERAL REFUGEE FUNDS. STATE RECORDING REQUIREMENTS AT A MINIMUM WILL INCLUDE: DOCUMENTATION OF SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE PROVIDED; RECORDS ON THE PROGRESS AND STATUS OF UNACCOMPANIED MINOR REFUGEE CHILDREN; AND DOCUMENTATION OF PROVISION OF NECESSARY MEDICAL FOLLOW-UP SERVICES.
