Abstract: BASED ON A STUDY CONDUCTED IN 1979, EFFORTS WERE MADE TO PROPERLY INFORM PRIVATE SECTOR PHYSICIANS REGARDING INFLUENZA IMMUNIZATION. THIS STUDY IS TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTS OF THIS EFFORT AND THE PERCEPTION OF PRIVATE PHYSICIANS REGARDING THE EFFECT OF THE FEDERALLY-FUNDED PROGRAM ON THEM AS WELL AS THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDES ABOUT FUTURE PROGRAMS.
