Abstract: LENDER'S STATEMENT ON COST OF ALTERATIONS, IMPROVEMENTS OR REPAIRS, WHICH ACCOMPANIES VETERAN'S APPLICATION FOR GUARANTY OR SUPPLEMENTAL LOAN FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES AUTHORIZED BY 38 U.S.C. 1810(A) (4) AND (A)(7).
