Abstract: THIS IS THE LAST PLANNED SURVEY OF A SERIES AND IT WILL PROVIDE THE FINAL DATA NECESSARY FOR BUILDING A MODEL WHICH CAN BE USED TO PREDICT FUTURE DEMAND FOR IMMUNIZATIONS. APPLICATION OF THE MODEL COULD ALSO AID IN THE DESIGN OF MORE COST-EFFECTIVE IMMUNIZATION PROGRAMS. SURVE WILL TAKE PLACE IN FEBRUARY AND MARCH 1981.
