Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS SECTION 203 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT (P.L. 479, 48 STAT. 1246, 12 U.S.C. 1701 ET SEQ.), SUBMITTED BY BUILDER, SPONSOR AND/OR APPROVED MORTGAGOR TO ITEMIZE THE MATERIALS TO BE USED IN CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPERTY ON WHICH AN APPRAISAL AND COMMITMENT WILL BE MADE.
