Abstract: THIS APPLICATION IS REQUIRED TO ESTABLISH ENTITLEMENT TO PAYMENT OF BENEFITS BASED ON A CHILD'S SCHOOL ATTENDANCE. THE INFORMATION GATHERED IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE IF ATTENDANCE MEETS THE REQUIRMENTS ESTABLISHED BY THE VA, IF THE SCHOOL MEETS APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS, IF INCOME IS WITHIN EXISTING LIMITATIONS WHERE APPLICABLE, AND TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE DATES OF PAYMENT.
