Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED PRIMARILY TO OBTAIN DATA NEEDED TO CALCULATE AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENTS "ADJUSTED TAXES" (TOTAL TAXES LESS TAXES FOR EDUCATION)--A CRITICAL FACTOR IN THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING DISTRIBUTION FORMULA. ALSO, THE TOTAL TAX AMOUNTS ON THE RS-L2C ARE USED IN THE BUREAU'S ANNUAL REPORTS ON GOVERNMENTAL FINANCES.
