Abstract: A SAMPLE SURVEY OF APPROXIMATELY 100,000 HOUSEHOLD RESPONSES WILL BE CONDUCTED FROM OCTOBER THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER 1980. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WILL BE TO ESTIMATE ERRONEOUS CENSUS ENUMERATIONS AT THE STATE LEVEL.
